 FAQs

  • I recommend booking around 3 months in advance (especially for a summer) session to ensure we get your spot secured! I offer week day availability with extra dates during the school holidays. Weekend dates are much more limited and book up quickly.

  • Each package requires a £50 non-refundable deposit upon booking with the remaining balance due 7 days before your session date.

  • I can provide payment plans for any booking over £200. A £50 deposit is required upon booking. The remaining balance can be split over two dates with final balance due a month after your shoot.

  • I always get in touch ahead of your session if the weather is forecast rain. We will arrange a back-up date or re-schedule to a date as close to the original date as possible. Your deposit will roll over to the new date.

  • Honestly, everyone I photograph tells me the same and sometimes those awkward giggles make the best photos! I pride myself on being relaxed, friendly and making people feel more comfortable so you don’t need to worry, I will give you gentle guidance and suggestions along the way to keep the flow and your confidence up. Importantly I want to capture you as a family, your love for each other and your unique personalities. Just be yourself and you can’t go far wrong!

  • Pets are more than welcome to attend your session - they are a part of the family too! I always recommend (if possible) to ask someone who is not part of the photoshoot to bring your pet for part of the session or to be on hand to keep an eye on them during the session so you can relax and enjoy making your memories!

  • After booking, I will send you a guide to make sure you feel prepared for your session. This will include a style guide and things to bring to your session.

  • Of course! My main packages include families of up to 6 people. Extended families take a little longer to shoot and to edit so there is a surcharge for this. Please get in touch with details and I can send you more information.

  • I take great pride and considerable time to perfect each of your final images. You will receive all final digital images within 2 weeks of your shoot.

  • The galleries are open for two weeks to allow you enough time to make your selections. If, after this time you need the gallery to be reopened (if you decide to purchase extra images at a later date or you have lost your original downloaded images) then there is a £15 administration charge for re-publishing your gallery.
